Steven Chrust

Founder and Senior Principal, Centripetal Capital Partners LLC

Steven G. Chrust, age 60, is founder and a Senior Principal, Member of Centripetal Capital Partners, LLC, a diversified private equity investment firm. He is also Founder and President of SGC Advisory Services, Inc., a financial services company. He sits on the Boards of eTelemetry, Inc., Iris Wireless and Juniper Content Corporation.

Prior to founding Centripetal, he co-founded WinStar Communications in 1994 and served as its Vice Chairman until the end of 1998. From 1970 to 1985 Mr. Chrust was at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., a financial institution and investment management firm that is currently known as Alliance Bernstein, an AXA Company. He became a partner in 1976 and served as its Director of Technology Research and was a top-rated analyst for a decade.

He has been on the Board of Directors of a number of private and public companies. He also served as Chairman of ALTS, the industry association of local carriers. He has been a featured lecturer at the Harvard Business School and Baruch College where he received a BBA and attended the graduate school. Mr. Chrust is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the New York Society of Security Analysts. Mr. Chrust has a long history in the financial industry with experience ranging from analytical to operational to capital markets. He also has direct experience in structuring investments.
