Michael Turk

Michael Turk is a developer at Saber Seven, Inc. Proficient in a number of server and client side programming languages, Michael enjoys using his skills to develop dynamic social networking sites and Dorthy.com in particular.

In addition to achieving a number of computer industry certifications, including, among others, Zend PHP Certified Engineer, Sun Certified Java Programmer, and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Michael has taught computer certification courses, developed a number of popular Internet destinations, has written and released a number of songs, authored many short stories, directs and edits short films, and is an attorney currently licensed to practice law in NY and NJ.

After graduating toward the top of his class with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and getting his feet wet in DoubleClick’s Network Operations Center, Michael explored that interest and attended law school. He graduated three years later with a Juris Doctorate, having excelled at law school and received several merit scholarships for his academic achievement.

After spending a year working as an associate in the Patent and Intellectual Property practice group of the litigation department of a large law firm, Michael decided that simply reading about innovation was not enough, and decided to follow his passion of being a full-time developer.
