“My job is to make sure all the passion, inspiration and imagination that fuels a website gets through to the user; that their experience on the site is all the developers hoped it would be,” says Martina.
That entails artistic knowledge of flash design, an appreciation of company branding, the power of images, and the psychology of users from ages 15 to 65 and beyond.
“I like to keep the positive energy flowing!” she says.
Martina loves the dream and imagination landscape of Saber Seven’s projects, believes they could be revolutionary and is eager to add her talents to the right execution.
Since her childhood in the Czech Republic, Martina has had a love affair with cameras, laptops and mobile electronics; they were among her earliest toys. “I feel that all those things helped me express myself as I grew up.” reflects Martina.
Those passions continued as she studied graphic design, photography, and visual arts, at the University of Maryland, in America, and matured in her fist working assignments in web design. Her intuitive love of design and imagery allows her to be very perceptive about how users experience and navigate a web site.
Most recently, Martina was integral to the launching of DietTV, a New York based social network targeting healthy living and eating.
Social networking has allowed Martina to keep in touch with her family and many cherished friends in Europe and her new work relationships in America. Her current dreams are to travel somewhere she has never been and start rollerblading in Central Park.
