Over the last 15 years, James has worked for multinational organizations such as MCI, and The Sydney Organizing Committee Olympic Games, as well as dozens of startups in various roles from Vice President to CEO across global markets. His diverse experience curve accumulated over the years has continued to create value to the people and organizations he has touched. James holds an undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina, and a dual MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management & The University of Sydney. Additionally James is a business professor at Westchester Community College, he has taught at Pace University, Mercy College and continues to instruct on all aspects of business theory. James has conducted extensive research on the science of success and recently finished writing a manuscript “The DNA of Success”. He currently resides in Westchester, New York with his wife and 2 children. James spends his down time what little he can find, traveling, wine tasting, studying history, and staying active in sports.
